THE BIG GAME DRIVEN HUNT IS THE MOST TRADITIONAL AND POPULAR HUNTING IN SPAIN

This noble art of hunting, with more than eight centuries of antiquity, is a unique and incomparable way of hunting mountain cattle, and finds its sing of identity in the indispensable participation of the packs of hounds as a distinguishing element from the rest of the hunts practiced in the world. We can say that the pack is the undisputed protagonist of the hunting and the identifying symbol of the same, which gives it character and identity.

Without packs there is no hunting. With bad packs there is no hunting either.

 

As a collective hunting modality, the success of the montería lies in the work and good work of all those who actively participate in the beating, from the preparation and organization to the actual hunting and gathering of the animals on the same day.

The hunting season runs from October 8th to February 21th

  • The animals you can hunt are deer, fallow deer, mouflon and wild board, males and females.
  • We organize driven hunts from 6 up to 25 hunters.
  • We usually hunt for two or three days non-stop, and you can also combine those days with a red-legged partridge shooting.
  • The big game driven hunts are organized in close farm (although we can do it in open farms) to accomplish all the expectations, global and personal.
  • We organize exclusive hunting trips for groups.
